The experience start to finish was amazing! I often have issues with florists being like “cable/phone” people who claim to be there between 8am and 5 pm and show up at 7 pm. On top of that, I am located 5 hours from Midland. Because of that, I was looking for a place near my loved one’s work (which was a couple miles from this flower place) in hopes that they would deliver the arrangement fast (before she left work) and make her bad Monday better. I placed the order around 10am, and the arrangement was already delivered BEFORE NOON! It was delivered professionally, quickly, the bouquet was beautiful, and it was delivered by the owner no less!!! My person was over the moon with the results and says she will be smiling all week. Honestly, I will too. Customer service and efficiency has gone downhill recently, but this place really impressed me. Knowing my loved one will be working near there for a while, I plan on ordering from there again of they continue their efforts. Keep up the great work you are doing!!
